Description
The Pit Boss PB820FB1 wood pellet grill and smoker has 1,021 square inches of cooking surface. It uses 100% hardwood pellets and includes a dial-in digital control board with LED readout.
The grill has porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates, an adjustable flame broiler lever for direct and indirect heat cooking, and fan-forced convection cooking. A meat probe, solid bottom shelf, and two in-line style wheels are included.
